SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern text messages sent by KYC Simple, a service of KeepMore Wealth Partners (the "Program"). By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

The Program sends transactional/account-related messages about your Know-Your-Customer (KYC) file — for example: your secure KYC checklist link, reminders about outstanding documents or signatures, and status updates requested by you or your advisor. The Program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. Opt-in

You receive messages only after you opt in — by providing your mobile number to your advisor or on your KYC checklist and agreeing to receive text messages about your KYC file. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with the status of your KYC file — typically 1–5 messages while your checklist is active (e.g., your initial link and up to one reminder per outstanding step, no more than one reminder per 24 hours). Recurring messages end when your file is complete.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Check with your carrier for details.

5. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed; no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not affect email communications about your active KYC file.

7. Carriers

Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and message consent are used solely to operate the Program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Changes; contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
